What Is Mindfulness + Wellness Coaching?

Mindfulness + Wellness Coaching is a collaborative process that brings greater awareness to the way you're living, what you need, and what matters most to you.

Rather than telling you what you should be doing, we'll explore where you are now, where you'd like to be, and what may help you move in that direction. Sessions may include mindfulness practices, meditation, reflection, thoughtful conversation, breathwork, and practical exploration of habits and choices that support your well-being.

You remain the expert on your own life. My role is to listen, ask thoughtful questions, offer perspective and practices when appropriate, and help you discover what works for you.

What to expect with mindfulness coaching?

Your first session will give us time to talk about what brought you to Blue Bird, what's feeling good in your life, what may not be, and what you'd like to explore.

From there, our conversations and practices will be shaped around you. You might spend one session exploring how to create more intentional time for yourself and another looking at habits, boundaries, mindfulness, movement, nutrition, or other areas of well-being.

Why Mindfulness + Wellness Coaching?

Life can become so full of doing that we lose touch with how we're actually feeling and what we actually need.

Coaching creates an opportunity to pause long enough to notice.

Mindfulness practices have been associated with benefits such as reduced stress and anxiety and improved overall well-being, while wellness coaching can support self-directed, sustainable behavior change.

The Blue Bird Approach

I don't believe wellness comes from following someone else's perfect formula.

Your life, your body, your circumstances, your values, and your needs are uniquely yours. Our work begins there.

Rather than giving you a list of things you should be doing, we'll get curious about what is already working, what isn't, what you value, and what small or meaningful changes might help you feel more like yourself.

The goal isn't to create a more perfect version of you. It's to help you create a life that feels more like your own.
