Founder, Reiki Master Practitioner + Wellness Guide

I am a Reiki Master Practitioner and sound therapy practitioner, a registered yoga teacher, a meditation instructor, and a somatic breathwork facilitator. I continue to deepen my education in somatic and wellness practices because I believe there is always more to learn, and because the people I work with deserve thoughtful, responsible, and continually evolving care.

My approach is compassionate, trauma-informed, and intentionally accessible. You don't need prior experience with any of these practices. You don't need to know exactly what you're looking for. You don't need to have the right words or all the answers.

Blue Bird grew from a deeply personal desire to reconnect with life, with joy, and with myself.

I had become disconnected and overwhelmed by the emotions I was carrying, and I began to realize that life was passing me by. I was moving through much of it on autopilot, increasingly separate from the things that mattered most to me. Over time, I came to understand that what I was really seeking wasn't something new.

I was seeking something I had forgotten.

Through Reiki, meditation, yoga, breathwork, somatic practices, and simply learning to become more present in my own life, I began to remember a deeper part of myself beneath the noise of everyday life. I began to remember that peace, compassion, wisdom, and joy weren't things I needed to find somewhere outside of myself. They were already there. I simply needed to create enough space to reconnect with them.

That experience changed the way I understand wellness.

A woman with long hair, tattoos on her arms, and a black ring on her finger, sitting on a patterned rug with her eyes closed, hands pressed together near her face, practicing yoga or meditation in a room with a wooden floor and a cabinet in the background.

I don't believe we are broken people who need to be fixed, nor do I believe we need to become someone different in order to experience peace or joy.

I believe that beneath the stress, expectations, fears, responsibilities, and stories we carry, there is a deeper part of each of us that remains whole. Sometimes life simply becomes so loud that we lose touch with it.

For me, the practices I've found along the way aren't about becoming a new or better version of myself. They are pathways back to what was already there. They help me slow down enough to listen, become present enough to feel, and create the space to remember who I am beneath all the things life asks me to be.

That is the heart of Blue Bird.

I created Blue Bird as a place where other people can have that same opportunity: a place to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and remember the peace, compassion, wisdom, and joy that have always lived within them.

My work is intentionally personalized because I don't believe in one-size-fits-all wellness. I don't believe there is a one-size-fits-all person.

Every session begins with the same question:

What would most support this person today?

A framed quote on a wall that reads 'Lokah Samastah Sukhino Bhavantu', with a decorative mandala design on it, placed beside a white vase with dried flowers and a black container filled with snack packets on a dark wooden side table.

For me, wellness isn't about becoming a more productive, flexible, successful, or perfected version of yourself.

It's about developing a kinder relationship with the person you already are.

And ultimately, that is what I hope Blue Bird provides: a place where you can feel comfortable enough to slow down, take a breath, and simply be.

A place where you don't have to prove anything.

A place where you don't have to become anything.

A place where you can come as you are.

Because I believe that peace, compassion, wisdom, and joy are not things we have to earn or become worthy of. They are qualities that already live within us. Sometimes life simply gets loud enough that we lose touch with them.

Blue Bird is a place to remember, reconnect, and return.

I'm so glad you're here.
